Our Volunteers
Our National Council
The National Council consists of volunteer representatives from each province and territory supporting CASLT activities and initiatives in their region. They provide liaison between the Association and the members in the provinces and the territories.
The role and responsibilities of the National Council Representatives vary from province to province, territory to territory, but include attending provincial language association meetings in a liaison role, representing CASLT at provincial language conferences or events, supporting communication and participation in CASLT programs and activities underway in their region, and encouraging membership recruitment and retention.
