Activity
In pairs, students prepare a list of restaurants in Montreal and Quebec City that take into consideration the needs mentioned by tourists.
Learning Outcomes
The student will be required to:
- understand and organize information related to restaurants;
- become familiar with the great variety of restaurants in Montreal and Quebec City.
Technological skills
The student will be required to:
- visit a web site
- print a text
Learning Scenario
- Students use the Internet to find information about a restaurant: the type of cuisine, the average price and some characteristics of the restaurant. It's a hunt for a restaurant.
Criteria for Evaluation
- Are the answers correct? (See the correction guide which follows.)
- Was the information understood?
- Were the students able to get to the site easily?
- The self evaluation may be completed in one of two ways:
- When you click on the "Self Evaluation" navigation button, you will be presented with the self evaluation form. You may discuss these questions orally with your students.
