Clavis Sinica: Resources for Chinese Teachers: This site offers various tools and resources for teachers of Chinese. Included on this site is the following resource:

  • Chinese Voices Project - A collection of over 100 short, accessible mini-essays with accompanying MP3 audio on topics having to do with life in modern Beijing. Students can listen along as they read!

Languages Online - Chinese topics: This page on the Web site offers interactive tasks and games and  printable worksheets. It also includes a number of audiovisual resources.

Time 2 Learn – Most of the resources on this site are for paying subscribers, but there is a sample lesson on musical instruments and an e-book on the continents.  A trial subscription is also available. Lessons and e-books make use of audio files.

The Ting Study Center is designed to help you learn Chinese or English.  It is intended to complement classroom instruction or to help those who are doing self-study.  It should be helpful up to the advanced level. Throughout the site up to seven different people will say each item, whether you are studying words arranged by topics, looking at a map, searching the dictionary, or playing a game.
