Fields of organisation used in this database
Each entry is organized to display several fields of information:
Title: full title, if the document is bilingual the title is provided in both languages; if the document is available online and accessible without a password the title is hyperlinked;
Author: all authors are listed whether they are individuals associations or departments of education.
Publication date and source information: including journal number, volume and pages where applicable.
URL address: online address is indicated only if the publication is universally accessible (without a password).
Notes: the format of the document and the location from which it was retrieved are indicated as well as if the document is published in both English and French.
