CASLT and AQEFLS invite exhibitors to be part of Languages Without Borders (LWB) 2025, Canada’s premier professional learning conference for additional language educators and stakeholders. LWB brings together over 600 attendees from across Canada and abroad.

Sponsorship Levels

A variety of sponsorship opportunities are available to customize your level of support and exposure.

Platinum (Sold out) $7,000
  • Recognition as the sponsor of the keynote speaker
    • Your sponsorship will be mentioned by the emcee and your logo will appear on the conference app and the conference program
  • Recognition as the sponsor of the Vin d’honneur (cocktail) reception on Thursday, April 3
    • Your sponsorship will highlight the AQEFLS presentation of the Ghislaine Coutu-Vaillancourt annual prize, showcasing a commitment to excellence and community recognition
  • Logo on the delegate bags (600 plus)
  • Tent cards (supplied by sponsor) at breakfast stations and on tables during the keynote
  • Three exhibitor booths OR four conference registrations
  • One full page of advertising in the conference guide OR one flyer insert (single-page) in the conference delegate bags
  • Your logo will appear on the rolling PowerPoint during the conference

  • Recognition as the sponsor of the conference symposia (Symposium on Leadership and Symposium on Language Education in Indigenous Settings)
    • Your sponsorship will be mentioned by the symposia emcees and your logo will appear on the conference app and the conference program
  • Logo on attendee name badges (600 plus)
  • One half-page page of advertising in the conference guide
  • Two exhibitor booths OR three conference registrations
  • Your logo will appear on the rolling PowerPoint during the conference
  • Your website link, name, and logo on the conference webpage
  • Your logo and name will be featured in the AQEFLS newsletter before and after the conference
  • One social media post featuring one of your products/services during the conference
  • Recognition in CASLT’s Annual Report
Silver (Three remaining) $2,000
  • Recognition as the sponsor of a featured speaker and conference strand (your sponsorship will be mentioned prior to the sessions and your logo will appear on the conference app and the conference program)
  • One exhibitor booth OR two conference registrations
  • One 1/4 page of advertising in our conference guide
  • Your logo will appear on the rolling PowerPoint during the conference
  • Your website link, name, and logo on the conference website
  • One social media post featuring one of your products/services during the conference
  • Recognition in CASLT’s Annual Report

  • One 1/4 page of advertising in our conference guide
