Session Information
Description
Do you have YouTuber hopefuls or rising TikTok stars in your class? Why not harness your students’ passion for video creation to engage them in the language classroom? Attend this session to learn user-friendly tools and tips to implement in language classes that will engage students by having them produce authentic videos. Participants will develop a repertoire of strategies for recording, editing, and sharing student videos. We’ll also explore ideas for real-life tasks that students can record in second language classes.
After the session, you will also be well-equipped to enter your class in CASLT’s Languages Build Video Contest!
