Cancellation and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing to enroll in our FSL Fundamentals courses. We understand that circumstances may lead to the need for cancellations and refunds. Please carefully review our policy.

1. Before the Start of the Course

Participants are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their registration before the start of the course, minus an administration fee of $25.

2. Before the Halfway Point

For cancellations after the course has started but before the halfway point (before the day of the 4^th lesson):

• Refunds will be prorated based on the remaining lessons in the course and whether the participant paid the member or non-member rate.
• An administration fee of $25 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Example: If a participant paid the member rate and cancels after the 3rd lesson, they will receive a refund of the full amount minus $71.88.

3. After the Halfway Point

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made on or after the halfway point of the course (on or after the day of 4^th lesson).

Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, participants must contact us at projects@caslt.org before the applicable deadline. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after approval.
