Recording Policy and Consent Agreement

By proceeding with your registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following conditions.

Recording Notice

This session will be recorded in its entirety, including all audio, video, and chat interactions.

Purpose of Recording

The recording will be used for educational purposes, including, but not limited to, the following:

• Making the session available to CASLT members who cannot attend live
• Creating educational resources for future use
• Internal review and quality improvement

Editing and Distribution

CASLT reserves the right to edit the recording for clarity and relevance. The edited version will be made available to CASLT members through the CASLT CoLab platform, the CASLT website, and/or CASLT’s social media platforms.

Privacy Measures

Your name, likeness, voice, comments, and questions may be captured in the recording if you choose to participate actively (e.g., by speaking, using video, or contributing to the chat). While we encourage active participation, you may take the following steps to limit your visibility in the recording:

• Keep your camera and microphone turned off
• Use a pseudonym as your display name
• Submit questions or comments privately to the host rather than in the public chat

Consent

By attending this session, you consent to being recorded and to the use of the recording as described above. If you do not consent to being recorded, you may access the edited session recording after the event through the CASLT CoLab platform. Due to the interactive nature of the session, it may not be possible to remove individual participants from the recording after the fact. Your participation in the live session indicates your acceptance of this condition.

Personal Recording Prohibited

Participants are strictly prohibited from making their own recordings of the session.

Data Protection

CASLT will store and process all recordings in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
